lecture 6: How to teach the skills of managing difficult conversations?

How to teach the skills of managing difficult conversations?

How can we prepare students for emotionally challenging clinical situations?

You will learn about teaching approaches that help address topics such as loss, difficult conversations, and intense emotions in medical practice. The focus is on how to create a safe learning environment where students can explore their own reactions while developing professional skills for interacting with patients.

Particular attention is given to practical methods that participants can experience through role-play exercises, helping them better understand how to teach these skills in real educational settings.
