Going back to 2018, when we started the first phase of the Project, we remember that we expected four years of uninterrupted cooperation with partners and the implementation of all our plans. But COVID-19 and the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine provided us with unprecedented project experience. We had to constantly change our plans, respond to new serious challenges, but also achieve the set goals of the Project.
WE ARE GRATEFUL FOR ALL THE INSPIRING FEEDBACK WE RECEIVED FROM YOU DURING THE CONSULTATIONS ORGANIZED TO PREPARE THE SECOND PHASE OF THE PROJECT.
Perhaps one of the most vivid reviews was about the experience of participating in the Fall School of Medical Education in 2019. A typical response was: "All the sessions were interesting, but we only learned about concepts, approaches and didnt get a chance to practice." We are pleased to observe that since then the practice has been in full swing. New concepts and approaches are now being implemented with an emphasis on competency-based education, expanding clinical skills laboratories, strengthening research capacity, strategic development and much, much more.
WE – THE PROJECT TEAM – ARE EXTREMELY EXCITED TO BE PART OF A POWERFUL (YET STILL YOUNG) COMMUNITY OF CHANGE AGENTS IN MEDICAL EDUCATION AND AN ALREADY MATURE COMMUNITY IN THE PRIMARY CARE INDUSTRY.
