Currently, we are conducting an educational intensive for primary healthcare teams in Lviv within the pilot project “Advanced nurse practitioner.”
During the event, we will work on improving teamwork and the level of trust between doctors, nurses, and managers to improve the quality of service delivery in the institution and its efficiency and the working atmosphere. In addition, participants will enhance their communication skills and learn how to better involve patients in the treatment process, as well as deepen their knowledge of evidence-based medicine. Meanwhile, everyone will be able to strengthen their clinical skills through intensive training on techniques and practical aspects of vaccination.
Today, we invite you to join the panel discussion “Experience of role distribution in primary care: qualification or trust?” It will start at 16:30 and last until 18:00. We decided to make an unplanned stream as we believe this panel is essential for our community.
We are used to paying attention to such practical things as equipment or repairs. However, perhaps the impressions of patients about the care they receive are shaped mainly by intangible, impractical things, such as attitude, communication, and trust. So, what is the understanding of trust in obtaining and providing primary care? What is its value? What experience do primary care facilities have in building trust with patients and within teams? What are the prerequisites for building this trust? All these questions will be discussed today during the panel discussion.
