Training on management and communication: “How to implement an idea within the bureaucratic system?”

Communication skills are an integral part of the qualifications of modern medical professionals. That is why on February 21 and 22, we are holding a training on management and communication: “How to implement an idea within the bureaucratic system?” for managers, doctors, and nurses of pilot primary healthcare facilities from Kyiv, Rivne, Lviv, Mukachevo, Odesa, Chortkiv, Kolomyia.

The speaker is Matviy Khrenov, co-founder of the Ukrainian Healthcare Center (UHC), Advisor to the Minister of Health (2018-2020), effective communicator, and strategist.

Our training aims to strengthen the participants’ confidence in their ability to change the environment for the better. Therefore, we provide the necessary knowledge and tools for this. During the training, the participants learned how to communicate with different types of personalities, learned the basics of the art of persuasion and trust building, and worked on preparing to implement their ideas to improve the efficiency of their healthcare facility during the sessions:

• Adizes personality types and how to understand your colleagues and yourself; the life curve of an organization according to Adizes.
• How to communicate with different types of personalities. The art of persuasion. How trust is formed.
• The main channels of communication for persuasion. The importance of coalition to achieve the goal. 
• Stakeholder map: how to assess stakeholders.
