Are you looking for effective continuing professional development (CPD) for yourself? Don’t look for it: create it yourself!

We are announcing a competitive selection for primary healthcare doctors, nurses, and medical assistants from all regions of Ukraine to participate in the last online training course for future peer group facilitators within the first phase of the Ukrainian-Swiss project “Medical Education Development.”

If you support self-directed learning formats, do not wait for someone to organize the next training, but create opportunities for effective learning here and now, and strive to improve the quality of medical services in your institution, we are looking for you!

The training will occur online starting March 16, 2023, followed by a live meeting. After completing the training, you can organize your own peer group and develop this unique CPD format in your own institution or community!

Peer groups are a modern, close-to-the-practice format of CPD for healthcare professionals. Participation in peer group meetings not only contributes to acquiring up-to-date knowledge and skills but also forms a community of active and motivated primary care professionals who strive to constantly develop in their profession to improve health care quality.

Over 50 peer-to-peer groups in Ukraine already allow specialists to analyze complex clinical cases, share experiences, and discuss the profession’s achievements, mistakes, and peculiarities during regular meetings. This promotes professional growth and the development of professional relationships with colleagues based on trust. Joining the community of the best specialists in Ukraine is a significant bonus of this training!

You can complete the application form by March 5, 2023, here: https://forms.office.com/e/y1PnF4w1ZF. The results of the selection will be announced by March 9, 2023. Participants will be selected on a competitive basis. The selected participants will be invited to participate in the training. After the training, the Project team will support the development of peer groups.
