The Ukrainian-Swiss Medical Education Development Project is a team where we feel safe, support each other, and are not afraid to be critical and constructive. You can learn and teach from us because we are open to new knowledge and practices.

We have started Phase II of the project. Do you know what the biggest lesson learned from Phase I was? The hardest thing is finding a person who is on the same page with the team regarding values, ideology, work style, and emotions.

We have done so many activities in more than four years that we can’t list them all. And in Phase II of the project, we plan to implement even more interesting ones. That’s why we currently have several established vacancies, but some areas will require skilled hands.

Who we are looking for:

• Assistant to our CFO Olena Okhotnikova team. Working with Olena is always about structure, perseverance, and professionalism.
• Assistant to Daryna Bohdan team, our Capacity Building and Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator.
• Assistant for large project events. You must help organize events, including micromanagement, communication, and networking.

Essential knowledge and skills:

• A2 or better at English,
• critical thinking skills,
• good social skills to work with people.
