Peer groups are about love! And we have to share it.
So, at the end of this week, we are meeting at the Second Congress with peer group facilitators to discuss the experience of implementing and developing peer groups in Ukraine, plan the following steps, and identify new opportunities to ensure the quality of this CPD format.
As you know, the project started implementing peer groups in 2020 and continues to support a fantastic community of facilitators and participants interested in modern learning formats. In the spring of 2021, the USAID Ukraine Healthcare Reform Support Project joined this support. During this period, we jointly trained almost 200 facilitators.
During the congress, doctors, nurses, and medical educators who organize peer group meetings will be able to deepen their knowledge and expand their skills to develop this format in their institutions and engage new professionals in facilitation.
We have many practical workshops, a discussion club, and a poster presentation session! Therefore, the vibrant program will allow participants to dive into the issues of values and evidence-based medicine, learn more about facilitation methods, and expand their communication and educational competencies.
If you would like to experience the peer group format and learn more about important educational topics, we invite you to attend the open online talks:
