We have launched the third season of the podcast “Tangible Med Education”. The season is entirely devoted to reading and books and is subtitled “Reading Room”.
The podcast is hosted by Matviy Khrenov, co-founder of the Ukrainian Healthcare Center (UHC), a graduate and lecturer at the Kyiv Mohyla Academy, a strategy expert, and a person who promotes meaningful reading. Matviy, along with guests, experts in various fields, will share their reflections on a wide variety of literature: from medical books to fiction classics.
There will be no boring list of books containing ready-made solutions. Throughout the season, the host and his guests will figure out how to read consciously and look for their own special perspective on books. They will discuss relevant and even problematic topics in the medical field and management through the prism of reading. Under each episode, you will find a list of the mentioned texts so that you can embark on your own reading journey and compare experiences.
“Tangible Med Education. Season 3: Reading Room” is a podcast that will become a good friend to both people who work in medicine and those who are simply curious about medical topics. This is the podcast that will make you fall in love with reading as an important attribute of everyday life, strengthen your relationship with books, or rekindle a lost love for reading.
The first guests of the season were Bohdana Neborak, editor and journalist at The Ukrainians Media, and Pavlo Sheremeta, a former Minister of Economy and co-founder of Kyiv Mohyla Business School. In future episodes, the podcast will feature a well-known Ukrainian writer Andriy Lyubka, author of the book “The Age of Fasts and Carnivals,” Stefania Demchuk, one of the architects of healthcare financing reform in Ukraine, Pavlo Kovtoniuk, and many others.
