Educational tour for representatives of Ukrainian healthcare institutions

Part of our project team is currently in Croatia. Why do you think?
It’s simple — even during the war, we must take care of the availability of best practices in the arsenal of Ukrainian care providers. Therefore, from today until December 2, our project team, doctors, nurses, and managers from Ukrainian primary healthcare centers, will learn from the experience of colleagues from Croatia.
The educational tour is attended by 25 participants. They are representatives of healthcare facilities participating in the pilot project “Advanced nurse practitioner,” the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, NHSU, and peer group facilitators.
During the educational trip, we will:
- Analyze the work, interaction, and distribution of roles of doctors and nurses in Croatian primary healthcare.
- Learn the approaches used to ensure the quality of services, planning, and provision of CPD for nurses and doctors.
- We will look for exciting practices worth borrowing in service quality assurance, planning, and provision of CPD.
In a few days, we will tell you more about the study visit and share the participants’ impressions.
