A Health Partners Meeting Was Held in Kyiv

At the initiative of the Embassy of Switzerland in Ukraine, a Health Partners Meeting was held in Kyiv, bringing together around 60 representatives of the government, relevant international organizations, donors, business, and civil society.

The event was dedicated to issues of shared responsibility and coordination of efforts for the further reform and strengthening of Ukraine’s healthcare system. Participants focused on the sector’s key priorities: access to quality medical care, integrated services, and coordination.

The community of Swiss-Ukrainian and international initiatives joined the dialogue, including:

• The Swiss-Ukrainian project “Acting for Health”
• The project “TRUE: Trauma Rehabilitation for Ukraine”
• The Swiss-Ukrainian project “Development of Medical Education”
• Projects under the Project HOPE initiative and the Representation of the World Health Organization in Ukraine (WHO Ukraine)
