Register for the new online course “Mentoring in Healthcare: Being a Professional”
Today, we are sharing some fantastic news with you! Together with our partners, the Dobrobut Academy, we have created another learning opportunity – a new free online course, “Mentoring in Healthcare: Being a Professional,” available on the SKOVORODA platform → bit.ly/3NveyH4.
The online course will interest practicing doctors who plan to become mentors. The course will also be helpful for educators who teach clinical disciplines at senior courses in medical universities. In addition, it may also be of interest to managers of healthcare facilities where interns work.
The course consists of video lectures, cases for self-reflection, literature for self-study, various tests, and a final assignment. The speakers are practicing doctors with experience in mentoring facilitators with expertise in adult education. You will also meet the consultants of our project.
At the end of the course, the most curious students will receive a lecture from a star speaker, a famous doctor, and a great friend of Ukraine. You can find a spoiler about who it is on the course description page.
After completing the course, you will understand the role of a mentor in teaching clinical skills. You will learn how to apply the principles of adult learning and modern didactic approaches to the clinical professionalization of future doctors and interns.
