Online training courses for peer group facilitators

In January-February and March-April 2024, the Project will conduct two online training courses for doctors and nurses of primary and specialized healthcare who want to master the skills to create a peer group in their institution.

Each group will consist of 35 professionals who will learn about the specifics of the peer group format, master facilitation skills, and look behind the scenes at peer groups that have been operating in Ukraine for more than three years. Most importantly, during the course, they will be able to take the first steps to create a peer group and discuss their experience with colleagues.

The course instructors are peer group facilitators who will share their knowledge and experience and encourage people to join the extraordinary community of peer group supporters – a modern format of CPD for healthcare professionals.

• March 14 – April 16, 2024.
