Three-Day Confidential Conference

On September 18–20, 2025, the Ukrainian-Swiss project “Medical Education Development” will hold the Confidential Conference — an educational event dedicated to highlighting the issues of confidentiality and privacy.

Who is the event for?

• Heads of primary care facilities and their deputies,
• Primary care doctors, nurses, and medical assistants, as well as interns,
• Administrative staff with access to medical data, and medical educators.

The Conference is designed to create an opportunity for experience exchange and for the development of professional competencies regarding ethical aspects, confidentiality protection, and building trust-based relationships in primary health care system.

Dates: September 18–20, 2025

Location: Western Ukraine (exact venue to be confirmed)

Format: 2.5-day offline event

Number of participants: 50

Participation in the conference is open to teams (up to 3 people per institution).

To apply, you need to:

1. Fill in the application form at the link: https://bit.ly/3HGqPYU (one form per team);
2. Submit a motivation letter from the team outlining your vision for change (up to 500 words: what specific changes in the culture of confidentiality you want to achieve in your institution, what challenges you foresee, and how you plan to implement the knowledge gained);
3. Provide a description of relevant experience or interest in the topic (for example: participation in ethics trainings, implementation of confidentiality policies, working with personal data, educational activities, or simply an interest in developing an ethical culture).

Team registration will remain open until 29 August 2025 (6:00 PM).

The results of the selection will be announced by 5 September 2025. Each team will receive a response, regardless of the outcome.
