The second Autumn School of Medical Education will be held in Uzhhorod on October 9-12.
We have dedicated this year’s Autumn School to the challenges in medical education that have been relevant for many years, as well as those that have arisen in connection with the crises of recent years.
The event aims to bring together medical educators, managers, professionals who develop and implement policies in the field of medical education, representatives of students and the public. We invite active and conscious representatives of the educational community to join us!
You can only apply for participating in the Autumn School of Medical Education 2024 by filling out the application form: https://bit.ly/3Rnnvnk.
Applications are accepted from June 10 to July 10, 2024.
We offer several participation formats:
- Participant without a report (listener).
- Participant in an oral presentation at the pre-conference workshop.
You choose the form of participation on your own. When filling out the application, you must indicate your decision on the participation format. The application form includes mandatory and optional parts. The optional part provides for submitting abstracts and information about co-authors for participation in the online workshop before the Autumn School of Medical Education. It should be filled in only by those who intend to present a report at the workshop before the conference.
Please find more details about the Autumn School of Medical Education 2024 participation in the brochure: (click to open).
We will have sent the selection results by the e-mail specified in the application form by August 15, 2024.
The results of the selection of abstracts for participating in the workshop, which will be held online before the conference, along with the requirements for the presentation and details of the event, will be sent by August 30, 2024.
Participants selected based on application forms will receive a scholarship to attend the Autumn School 2024 from the Ukrainian-Swiss Project “Medical Education Development.” The scholarship covers the cost of participation in the event, educational materials, simultaneous translation of foreign speakers, accommodation (4 nights in a hotel in double rooms), and meals (breakfasts at the hotel, coffee breaks, and lunches during the event). Please note that the scholarship does not cover travel expenses to and from the event venue, dinners, or per diems.
We are organizing the event jointly with Uzhhorod National University, in partnership with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Maastricht University (Netherlands) and the Swiss Institute of Tropical and Public Health.
