Series of management training workshops for higher education institutions

In February, a series of training workshops on “Strategic Development of Medical Education” will begin, which will be attended by representatives of the administration of pilot higher education institutions that have joined the project’s second phase.

During the training workshops, participants will gain new knowledge on strategizing and master basic strategic concepts and methods; they will also be able to immediately apply the knowledge gained by planning their projects, identifying problems and solutions, and focusing planned activities on results. Feedback from the trainers will help achieve project sustainability and facilitate implementation.

We are conducting these training workshops with Matviy Khrenov, an expert and co-founder of the Ukrainian Healthcare Center (UHC), and Tetiana Nemyrovych, an organizational development consultant and facilitator. Project representatives will also attend the event, as this series of training workshops is the first (among many upcoming events) we are holding for new partners – pilot institutions that joined the project’s second phase.

The training workshops will take place:

• February 8-9 in Lviv for representatives of Danylo Halytskyi Lviv National Medical University and Zaporizhzhia State Medical and Pharmaceutical University
• February 29 – March 1 in Zhytomyr for representatives of Uzhhorod National University and Sumy State University
• March 21-22 in Zhytomyr for representatives of the Bogomolets National Medical University and Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University.
