School of Conscious Communication

Enrollment for this year’s School of Conscious Communication is now open. The School of Conscious Communication is a program designed for teachers, administrators, students, communication specialists at medical universities, and everyone shaping modern medical education.

Effective communication is a skill that can be learned and improved. That is why the Ukrainian-Swiss project “Medical Education Development” has announced the launch of the School of Conscious Communication.

The School is a room where participants will learn how to articulate their thoughts with respect for the listener, identify hidden toxicity in the words and transform it into support, create texts that come alive, and build dialogue that people want to stay in.

The program of the School consists of three sessions:

1. The first session will take place on October 23–24, 2025, and will focus on the basics: what communication is — including public and external — and how it works.
2. The second session on November 20–21, 2025, will run under the motto «Listening, not just hearing». This stage will be dedicated to the practice of critical thinking and the development of empathy.
3. The third session on December 11-12, 2025, will cover the topic of interpersonal interaction: how to ask questions properly, the rules of meaningful networking, and how to recognize toxicity — both one’s own and that of colleagues.

Selected participants are required to attend all three sessions. The organizers will notify applicants of the results by October 1, 2025, via the email address provided in the form.

Participation in the School is free of charge: the organizers will cover accommodation and meals during the event. After completing the program, each participant will receive a certificate specifying the number of training hours.
