Registration for the Ukrainian-Swiss Summer School 2025 is now open!

We invite professionals in the field of healthcare to join the Ukrainian-Swiss Summer School 2025 — an educational initiative of the Ukrainian-Swiss project family, dedicated to the theme of resilience.

What is the Summer School 2025?

For the first time, the Ukrainian-Swiss health project family is joining efforts to organize a shared Summer School. Building on the traditions of the Lugano Summer School and other thematic schools (autumn, spring, winter), previously organized independently by each project, we are creating a shared platform — the Ukrainian-Swiss Summer School 2025: Resilience of People and Health Systems. The theme of this year’s school is resilience — personal, team, institutional, and national.

When: 30 July  – 2 August 2025

Who can participate?

We invite professionals who work every day to improve individual health and develop the healthcare system as a whole. Everyone involved in healthcare — in clinics, communities, and policymaking — is welcome:

• doctors;
• nurses;
• healthcare managers;
• educators;
• public health professionals;
• policy-making experts;
• civil society representatives.

Application deadline: 22 June 2025

The program includes:

• plenary sessions by Ukrainian and international experts;
• workshops, panel discussions, and sessions on resilience development;
• a marketplace of opportunities for healthcare communities;
• stories of resilience — personal, team, and systemic.

Participation is free of charge: accommodation and meals are covered. Travel expenses must be paid by participants.
