Representatives of faculties and institutes of postgraduate education of higher education institutions that deliver specialization programs for managers in healthcare and pharmacy (in line with the topic of each round table) are invited to participate.

The aim of the round tables is to consolidate current experience in the implementation of specialization programs, discuss existing approaches, and identify key challenges in training management professionals.

The discussions will focus on:

  • discuss which teaching methods are most effective and whether current curricula meet the needs of the healthcare system
  • identify key barriers in training managers within specialization programs
  • summarize the experience and achievements of existing programs
  • develop recommendations for the further development of specialization programs in healthcare management, including potential areas of collaboration between providers

It is expected that the outcomes of these discussions will contribute to a more aligned vision for the development of specialization programs and strengthen their role in preparing professionals capable of working effectively in the modern healthcare system.
