Invitation to an Online Roundtable on Management Education in Healthcare

The Ministry of Health of Ukraine, with the support of the Ukrainian-Swiss Project “Medical Education Development,” is organizing an online roundtable “Management Education in Healthcare: Master’s Programs and CPD,” which will take place on March 19.

During the meeting, participants will discuss how healthcare managers are currently trained in Ukraine — both within master’s degree programs and through short educational courses.

We invite representatives of master’s programs in healthcare management and public administration, providers of continuing professional development (CPD) programs focused on leadership and management competencies, as well as professionals working in the field, to join the discussion.

During the roundtable, we will explore:
• which learning formats are proving effective today;
• what barriers educational programs and their graduates face;
• what experience has already been gained and what could be scaled up;
• how universities, CPD providers, and public institutions can collaborate further.

The goal of the meeting is to collect and systematize existing experience and to work toward a shared vision for the further development of management education in healthcare.
