Tender Results for the Procurement of Comprehensive Event Management Services (Accommodation, Catering, Conference Services) for an event to be held from July 06 to July 09, 2026
Dear Participants,
Thank you for participating in our tender and for submitting your proposals. The proposals of
the participants who passed the selection, taking into account compliance with all
requirements specified in the main tender document, were evaluated in terms of the technical
specifications of the offered services and financial criteria. The qualified tender participants
are:
1. “CREATURA UKRAINE” LLC
2. IVAN HAVRON PE
3. “DSM Management” LLC
Following the analysis and comparison of all received bids, the Tender Committee has decided
to declare "DSM MANAGEMENT" LLC the winner, as its proposal proved to be the most
economically advantageous and compliant with the technical specifications.
Our representative will contact the winner shortly to discuss the details and sign the contract.
We thank the other participants for their time and look forward to cooperating on future
projects.
