Then get a management education in healthcare within the Master&#8217;s Program in Public Management and Administration at the UCU School of Management.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A team of practicing teachers will work with future leaders in healthcare in the following disciplines:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">healthcare policy and ecosystem<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">medical law<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">economics, financial instruments, and management innovations<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">human resources management<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">quality management in healthcare<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">communications in healthcare, etc<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The curriculum was developed with the support of the Ukrainian Healthcare Center (UHC), the Ukrainian-Swiss Project &#8220;Medical Education Development,&#8221; and the USAID Ukraine Health Reform Support Project.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The scholarship program for specialists of municipal medical institutions covers 25-50% of the tuition fee \u2192 https:\/\/bit.ly\/3cYpNIu. There is also a UCU social scholarship for doctors who are internally displaced persons (IDPs). Hurry up to submit documents by September 15 to start studying this year.
