They considered\u00a0the department of higher education monitoring not just as\u00a0a requirement of the National Agency for Higher Education\u00a0Quality Assurance, but as a powerful development tool.\u00a0They tried to understand whether educators can indeed\u00a0combine the roles of teachers, researchers and managers in\u00a0a quality way.<\/p>\n<p>There was a concern about students\u2019 needs:\u00a0how HEIs meet these needs and whether students have\u00a0free space for development?\u00a0Of course, a university as an autonomous institution\u00a0has to contribute to a liberal mindset of its students,\u00a0as it operates based on their requests in the first place.\u00a0Therefore, for the development it is necessary to be aware\u00a0how a higher education institution responds to the needs\u00a0of its consumers, ensures person-centred approach in\u00a0learning and understands the necessity of comprehensive\u00a0development of future specialists.
