The initiative is for family doctors, nurses, as well as for managers of primary health care facilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Today such groups already work in Ternopil, Lviv, Chernivtsi, Kharkiv, Rivne regions, but we strive to support this initiative in all regions of Ukraine! We take into account the complexity of the context of the COVID-19 pandemic in our country, but at the same time, we believe that in such a situation, it is the accessible and high-quality CPD that will help improve and facilitate the work of PHC medical professionals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">So, the Ukrainian-Swiss project \u201cMedical Education Development\u201d jointly with the Academy of Family Medicine of Ukraine invites you to apply for participation in the second cycle of training of facilitators of Peer Groups.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Just to remind you that participation in Peer Groups provides an opportunity to meet regularly with colleagues to discuss complex cases, develop professionally, gain modern knowledge and tune out new skills. Moreover, to receive CPD points and form your own professional development vector with other professionals.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">We are looking for inspired and motivated professionals who:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">have leadership qualities, initiative and are ready to develop innovative approaches,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">able to motivate others,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">are able to work in a team, hear the opinions of others and respect colleagues,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">are not afraid to make timely and informed decisions,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">are able to resolve conflict situations, seek consensus and take a neutral position,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">have basic communication skills and seek to develop them further,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">understand the importance of training, continuing professional development, and their own experience demonstrates a commitment to this position.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">An application form is waiting for you here \u2014&gt;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cutt.ly\/HhxuvsX\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">https:\/\/cutt.ly\/HhxuvsX<\/a>.
