The Ministry of Health of Ukraine, with the support of the Ukrainian-Swiss Project \u201cMedical Education Development,\u201d is organizing an online roundtable \u201cManagement Education in Healthcare: Master\u2019s Programs and CPD,\u201d which will take place on March 19.<\/p>\n
During the meeting, participants will discuss how healthcare managers are currently trained in Ukraine \u2014 both within master\u2019s degree programs and through short educational courses.<\/p>\n
We invite representatives of master\u2019s programs in healthcare management and public administration, providers of continuing professional development (CPD) programs focused on leadership and management competencies, as well as professionals working in the field, to join the discussion.<\/p>\n
During the roundtable, we will explore:
\n\u2022 which learning formats are proving effective today;
\n\u2022 what barriers educational programs and their graduates face;
\n\u2022 what experience has already been gained and what could be scaled up;
\n\u2022 how universities, CPD providers, and public institutions can collaborate further.<\/p>\n
The goal of the meeting is to collect and systematize existing experience and to work toward a shared vision for the further development of management education in healthcare.<\/p>\n
