Enrollment for this year\u2019s School of Conscious Communication is now open. The School of Conscious Communication is a program designed for teachers, administrators, students, communication specialists at medical universities, and everyone shaping modern medical education.<\/p>\n

Effective communication is a skill that can be learned and improved. That is why the Ukrainian-Swiss project \u201cMedical Education Development\u201d has announced the launch of the School of Conscious Communication.<\/p>\n

The School is a room where participants will learn how to articulate their thoughts with respect for the listener, identify hidden toxicity in the words and transform it into support, create texts that come alive, and build dialogue that people want to stay in.<\/p>\n

The program of the School consists of three sessions:<\/p>\n

  1. The first session will take place on October 23\u201324, 2025, and will focus on the basics: what communication is \u2014 including public and external \u2014 and how it works.<\/li>\n
  2. The second session on November 20\u201321, 2025, will run under the motto \u00abListening, not just hearing\u00bb. This stage will be dedicated to the practice of critical thinking and the development of empathy.<\/li>\n
  3. The third session on December 11-12, 2025, will cover the topic of interpersonal interaction: how to ask questions properly, the rules of meaningful networking, and how to recognize toxicity \u2014 both one\u2019s own and that of colleagues.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To join the School, complete the application form by 11:59 p.m. on September 20 and pass the selection process: https:\/\/bit.ly\/4m8KNd6<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    Selected participants are required to attend all three sessions. The organizers will notify applicants of the results by October 1, 2025, via the email address provided in the form.<\/p>\n

    Participation in the School is free of charge: the organizers will cover accommodation and meals during the event. After completing the program, each participant will receive a certificate specifying the number of training hours.<\/p>\n
