{"id":6712,"date":"2025-08-19T14:28:53","date_gmt":"2025-08-19T11:28:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mededu.org.ua\/?post_type=events&#038;p=6712"},"modified":"2025-09-13T14:34:16","modified_gmt":"2025-09-13T11:34:16","slug":"three-day-confidential-conference","status":"publish","type":"events","link":"https:\/\/mededu.org.ua\/en\/events\/three-day-confidential-conference\/","title":{"rendered":"Three-Day Confidential Conference"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On September 18\u201320, 2025, the Ukrainian-Swiss project \u201cMedical Education Development\u201d will hold the Confidential Conference \u2014 an educational event dedicated to highlighting the issues of confidentiality and privacy.<\/p>\n<p>Who is the event for?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heads of primary care facilities and their deputies,<\/li>\n<li>Primary care doctors, nurses, and medical assistants, as well as interns,<\/li>\n<li>Administrative staff with access to medical data, and medical educators.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Conference is designed to create an opportunity for experience exchange and for the development of professional competencies regarding ethical aspects, confidentiality protection, and building trust-based relationships in primary health care system.<\/p>\n<p>Dates: September 18\u201320, 2025<\/p>\n<p>Location: Western Ukraine (exact venue to be confirmed)<\/p>\n<p>Format: 2.5-day offline event<\/p>\n<p>Number of participants: 50<\/p>\n<p>Participation in the conference is open to teams (up to 3 people per institution).<\/p>\n<p>To apply, you need to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Fill in the application form at the link: <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3HGqPYU\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/bit.ly\/3HGqPYU<\/a> (one form per team);<\/li>\n<li>Submit a motivation letter from the team outlining your vision for change (up to 500 words: what specific changes in the culture of confidentiality you want to achieve in your institution, what challenges you foresee, and how you plan to implement the knowledge gained);<\/li>\n<li>Provide a description of relevant experience or interest in the topic (for example: participation in ethics trainings, implementation of confidentiality policies, working with personal data, educational activities, or simply an interest in developing an ethical culture).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Team registration will remain open until 29 August 2025 (6:00 PM).<\/p>\n<p>The results of the selection will be announced by 5 September 2025.
