Our project is organizing this event in partnership with the BE-Relieve Ukraine Program of the Belgian development agency Enabel and in cooperation with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>The event is designed for the professional community, nurses, heads of medical institutions, doctors, and professors of nursing programs at medical universities. Participants will have a chance to attend plenary sessions, presentations, panel discussions, interactive trainings on clinical and communication skills, online and offline workshops.<\/p>\n<p>During the forum, we will together:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>summarize the achievements in nursing since the last forum;<\/li>\n<li>present and discuss the Directions of nursing development Strategy;<\/li>\n<li>learn about the experience of our pilot institutions in expanding the role of the nurse;<\/li>\n<li>analyze the international experience of the professional development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Backstory<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The first Nursing Forum was held in 2021 and a lot has changed since then. But what remains the same is our desire to strengthen the role of nurses, as well as to form communities of change-makers in the profession.
